Which Places Do We Deliver To?
Right now, we deliver anywhere in India. One can enter their pin code against the product on our website to check if delivery access to their location is available.
What is the Estimated Delivery Time?
Every order is processed and shipped within 48 hours of confirmation. The order will get delivered within 3-8 business days, depending on the customer's location in India.
Due to festivals, public holidays, courier partner delays, political unrest, and other unforeseen events, the delivery may occasionally take longer. In such circumstances, we (Shop at DNA) would not be held accountable. The delivery partner will keep an eye on these issues and adhere to their delivery guidelines to proactively reach out to the customer. One must check their emails regularly for such updates and should check their tracker ID.
With every order, one will receive an email containing the details of the order placed. Once we ship the item(s), one will receive a follow-up email containing the shipping details. Thus, one can easily track their order status through the tracking ID shared.
How Do I Track My Order?
After the order is shipped, an email will be sent to the customer with the tracking number and name of the delivery partner. A tracking ID will be sent to their registered email ID from the delivery partner. The customer can track their order status at every stage including shipping, packaging, out for delivery, etc. Every step of the order process, including shipping, packaging, being ready for delivery, estimated delivery, etc., can be tracked by the customer using a tracking ID.
What Happens If I'm Not Available When the Delivery is Made?
Our delivery partners will try to deliver a customer’s product multiple times based on their delivery policies. In order to facilitate a quicker delivery and smoother delivery, kindly provide the relevant details in the delivery address and contact details.
What Happens If My Shipment Is Delayed?
Our goal is for the package to arrive at the customer's door on schedule. Although, we won't be held responsible if unforeseen events like natural disasters, flight delays, strikes, required holidays, etc., bring on a delay. However, one can track their package status by using the tracking ID. It will keep one updated about the estimated delivery date.
