Can I return my package?
Please don't accept a package that has been tampered with or otherwise damaged. If one does receive a package that is damaged or tampered with, please notify us right away by sending an email to support@shopatdna.com, along with pictures and videos of unboxing. Please be aware that we only process returns when a product is damaged; we do not process returns for any other reasons.
How Do I Return My Package?
Within 24 hours of delivery, one must send a picture and video of unboxing the item that is defective to support@shopatdna.com. Once authorized, the team will get back to the customer. A request to record an unboxing video is mandatory. Returns will only be allowed if the unboxing video and picture is supplied and the damaged product is clearly seen in the video.
Are there any Charges or Return Fees?
Return fees will have to be borne by the consumer. However in case of return some loyalty points will be added and are redeemable for future purchases .
How Can I Obtain A Refund?
The package will undergo a quality check once it gets back to us, then the product will be evaluated. The refund will be processed after approval. It might take six to fifteen working days. In case of refund, 200 loyalty points would be added to the original value which are redeemable for future purchases.
Cancellation policy
- The cancellation period is 24 hours after the order is placed, after which it cannot be changed.
- Contact our customer care at +91-7338444555 if one wishes to cancel after 24 hours of placing the order. We can assist in cancelling the order if it still needs to be sent and is not out for delivery. Note: A product cannot be canceled once it has been dispatched.
- After cancellation, the reimbursement process can take anywhere from 6 to 15 working days.
